Support Ruben Gonzales through his healing journey

Hello my name is Esaynia and I am raising funds for my cousin Ruben Gonzales and his family. As many of you may know there was a horrible accident in the Black Hills on the early morning of February 15th 2024. Ruben and his crew were in a life altering accident heading home after night shift to enjoy their 7 days off. But that wouldn't be the case as they were hit head on. Ruben who was seat belted ( thank god) felt ok for a few minutes after accident not realizing the severity of his injuries (from the seat belt). He was rushed to Mt Graham hospital barley clinging to life, as he had lost all of his blood due to internal bleeding. He was knockin on deaths door. Thank goodness for the trauma team, who took him into emergency surgery giving him a chance to live and fight. As you can imagine with these injuries and surgeries he’s had to endure the road to recovery is going to be long.  The doctors said at least 6 months off of work to a year depending on his healing processes. 

Ruben's dedication to his family and his commitment to providing for them as a blue-collar worker has always been commendable. Hes a hard worker, always giving, strong and a fighter.  His absence from work during this difficult time has put an immense financial strain on the family. 

We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to rally support for Ruben  and his family. Our goal is to alleviate some of the financial burdens they are facing, allowing them to focus on his recovery and ensuring that they are taken care of during this challenging period.
