Stolen from Our Students: Help Us Replace 40 Chromebooks and Restore Hope

My name is Sandro Trujillo, and I am one of the directors of RR Ministries and RRTH Learning Center. We are a nonprofit organization serving children, youth, and families in Antioch and surrounding communities through free tutoring, youth programs, family support, and church outreach.

Recently, our learning center was broken into. The thieves stole 40 Chromebooks, along with laptops and other electronic devices. They also stole equipment used for our church livestreaming, which helps us reach families who cannot always attend in person.

This has been heartbreaking because these Chromebooks were not just computers. They were essential tools of hope for our students and families. We used them for our youth job readiness program, reading intervention, homework support, youth empowerment groups, parenting classes, and helping parents apply for jobs, send emails, and access important resources.

Our students used these devices to grow academically, build confidence, complete schoolwork, learn job skills, and prepare for a better future. Many of the families we serve depend on our programs because everything we offer is completely free.

We are about to start our summer programs, and now we are facing a serious emergency. Without these devices, many of our students will not have the technology they need to fully participate in our free tutoring and youth programs.

This robbery did not just take equipment from a building. It took tools that were being used to serve children, support parents, strengthen families, and bring hope to our community.

We are asking for your help to replace the stolen Chromebooks, laptops, and essential livestreaming equipment so we can continue serving our students, families, and church community without stopping.

Any donation, big or small, will make a difference. If you are not able to give, please consider sharing this fundraiser with your friends, family, church, workplace, and community.

We refuse to let this stop the work. What was stolen from us was meant to serve children, families, and the community , and with your help, we believe we can rebuild stronger.

Thank you for standing with us and helping us bring hope back to our students.

With gratitude,

Sandro Trujillo
