Hello my name is Roy Tyau. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

I have been approved for both a heart and kidney transplant and am on the waiting list at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

I am in the process of relocating from Hawaii to Minnesota in order to have both surgeries done at a moments notice.
