My beautiful smart strong Roxi has recently started having hallucinations. She runs around constantly chomping at what seems like a fly that isn't there and wears her little self out after doing this for hours. The only way I can get her to stop is to pick her up every few minutes for a little bit so she can rest. I have taken her to 2 vets, tried multiple medications and tried as much as the doctors locally know how to do. Roxi is now referred to the University of Illinois Neurology Department. We start this new journey monday to see the specialist and they will decide if she needs multiple scans or which one they seem best to figure out her problem. Scans range from $1,500 to $3,500 and that is not including the doctor or anastasia for the procedures. Ms Roxi is only 4.5 years old and has so much life to live. She is in constant panic chasing whatever she is seeing that isn't acctually there. I pray to find a way though this tough time mentally and financially because I will spend whatever it takes to take care of my baby girl. I ask if anyone could help with any amount of money or prayer to help us at this stressful time that I would be forever grateful and am in high hopes we figure out her medical condition quickly so she can get back to her normal fun loving self.
