UPDATED: It still feels unreal, and the weight of his absence is heavy. As Jen navigates this difficult time, the bills are now coming in, adding another layer of stress to an already heartbreaking journey.

Many of you may not have known, but Ross (my cousin Jennifer Davis' husband), has been courageously battling metastatic brain cancer. With heavy hearts, we share that Ross’s battle has taken a heartbreaking turn. Despite his strength, courage, and the unwavering love of his wife, Jennifer, doctors have determined that there are no further treatment options at this time. He is now home under hospice care, where he can be surrounded by love, comfort, and beloved kitties in the time he has left.

As you can imagine, this journey is emotionally overwhelming.
