Support Rosie's Fight Against Seizures

Hello, I really hate to do this because I'm not one to ever ask for money. I have a 2.5-year-old female Ragdoll that started having seizures on April 28th of this year and has had a few more over the past few months. She has been to my local vet several times, and she has also had a neurology consult with a neurologist specialist. She was prescribed gabapentin for a while by my local vet, but she was still having occasional seizures. When I took her to MedVet, the neurologist wanted me to wean her off the gabapentin and get her strictly on phenobarbital. I've followed all of the neurologist's instructions, and she is now beginning to not eat or drink. She has thrown up 5 times in the past 24 hours, and the drugs keep her awfully sedated. I took her to my local vet today (6/18/2025), and she recommended going to the ER to test her for infectious diseases and get an MRI done because she has no clue what is going on with her. Her bloodwork, blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature were normal (on the higher side of normal). My local vet definitely believes there is something going on in her brain. Rosie has been so uncoordinated, drowsy, and just not herself at all.
I have already spent hundreds of dollars so far, and the MRI alone costs $4,500 plus all the extra fees and taxes. I am also a recent college graduate in the process of taking a licensed exam that costs hundreds of dollars that I need to pass in order to get a job, and I still have a lot of college loans to pay off. If anyone can donate even $5 to help pay for her MRI, I would be so grateful. Every penny counts at this point, and I don’t know what else to do. My poor baby doesn’t deserve to live like this and needs answers. I just want her to go back to being her normal goofy self. Thank you to all who have taken the time to read Rosie’s story.
