update: Thank you to everyone who donated. Rosie’s appointments went about as good as they could. The financial need is no longer urgent. I am so grateful for all the help we recieved.

Making Rosie comfortable in the end stages of her life is a big priority for me right now, however vet bills have become too much for me to handle alone. She is my best friend and my little baby and she has supported me through over 15 years of ups and downs and I am trying to support her. It hasn’t been easy caretaking her recently, I work constantly to pay for her needs and most of my free time is spent helping her to try to enjoy this part of her life. She is suffering from a heart murmur, kidney issues, and doggy dementia. And although this is difficult and sad, I am trying to make sure she has the best quality end of life care that she can get. We still go on pretty much daily walks and shes still excited to run through the door when she sees me and I want to see her as happy as possible up til the end.

In January she has an appointment to get her heart checked out again and they estimated anywhere between $900 - $2200 for that visit. In the meantime I have to get her a $400 test to rule out the possibility of infections for some weird symptoms she has been having. All of this is on top of her meds and prescription dog food. We need help getting these tests paid for so that she can be on the right meds that will make her as comfortable as possible for as long as she sees fit to stick around. She’s my number one girl.
