Help Save Rose: Emergency Surgery and Critical Vet Care
On Wednesday morning, Rose underwent what was supposed to be a routine spay surgery. But by Thursday morning, she was crashing — bleeding internally and barely hanging on.
Thanks to an incredible emergency vet (not the one who did the original surgery), Rose was rushed into an urgent 3-hour operation. She was bleeding out and would not have survived another few hours without expert, life-saving care.
Rose’s life was miraculously saved, but she is still not out of the woods. She continues to need critical vet care and monitoring as she fights to recover.
Roses rescue — AZ Piggy Network — never expected a simple spay to turn into a life-threatening emergency.
They didn’t even question what would be needed to save her- they got a competent vet to us within minutes and are doing anything needed to save her.
The cost of her surgery and ongoing care is estimated to be over $5,000 as they have to pay for the first surgery done by one doctor, which then required emergency surgery from another doctor.
Rose is a sweet, strong girl who deserves every chance to heal and live a happy, healthy life.
Please consider donating to help cover the costs of her emergency surgery and continued care.
Every dollar makes a difference, and we are so grateful for your support.
Thank you for helping save our sweet Rose & being a part of her story.
