Support Roseanne's Recovery After Emergency Surgery

My mom Roseanne is one of the strongest woman I have ever known. She has overcome so many challenges in life and most recently she lost her beloved husband Steve (my dad) just 2 years ago this week to cancer. Despite this she has continued to push through life for her family and her children.

This weekend my mom became unexpectedly very sick. Thankfully my mom was with her loved ones when it happened and we were able to get her the best care immediately. Despite this, my mom still required a life saving emergency surgery on Saturday 1/18 late at night. My mom has a long recovery ahead of her and will need help both physically and financially. If you know my mom she never asks for help and right now she needs it. On her behalf we want to make sure she will be ok. She works so hard everyday just to keep afloat and always puts everyone else first. Due to the emergent surgery and her current medical state she is in, she is in the hospital in the MICU where she will remain while the amazing medical staff works tirelessly to help her in a long road of recovery. Please know that this is very difficult to ask for help and every bit helps. My mom will be unable to work for some time and with her husband being gone the burden of everything falls on her. In addition, this surgery will require additional costs of medical supplies that can be expensive outside of what insurance will cover. We do not want her to stress and worry about anything while she adjusts to this change over the next few months. We hope that this will allow her to focus on her recovery and get back to being 100% .
