We are heartbroken to share the tragic loss of our beloved friend Roseberline Philippe who was taken from us far too soon due to a senseless act of violence. Rose was a devoted mother, a loving daughter, and an amazing friend. Her life was filled with kindness and strength. She touched every person who had the blessing of knowing her.

Rose leaves behind her precious 2 year old child, who must now grow up without their mother’s love and guidance. As we grieve this unimaginable loss, we are coming together to support her family and honor Rose’s memory.
