Support Roscoe's Urgent Medical Care
My name is Tori, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. Last night, my beloved dog Roscoe was urgently hospitalized with double pneumonia and a possible gastrointestinal complication. For those who know me, you know my pets are my whole world.
Roscoe has already endured so much. In April of last year, he was diagnosed with lymphoma and bravely underwent an intensive 8-week chemotherapy regimen. Thankfully, he’s been in remission since June 2024. Just a few months later, in August, he was hospitalized for eight days due to a gastric motility issue. These two medical emergencies have already cost us $18,000—an amount we’re still working to pay off.
Now, with his current condition and medical history, Roscoe needs to remain hospitalized for at least two days, possibly three. His treatment includes IV antibiotics, fluids, anti-nausea and anti-vomiting medications, oxygen therapy, and round-the-clock care. The estimated cost is $5,000.
I’ve always believed that my pets are my responsibility, and I’ve never asked for help before. They are worth every dime I have. But this time, I’m facing a situation I simply cannot manage alone. Without support, I won’t be able to keep Roscoe hospitalized for the time he needs to recover and come home.
If you feel moved to contribute, I would be deeply and eternally grateful. My pets are my family, and I will do everything in my power to ensure they are safe, loved, and cared for. Thank you for taking the time to read Roscoe’s story and for any kindness you can offer.
