Family and friends, it’s with our deepest sorrow that our dog Roscoe tore his CCL (ACL in human form). He was running/galloping, being the exuberant dog that he is. He let out a huge yelp, and that’s when we knew something was seriously wrong.

He is our baby and it has been a privilege raising him since he was 6 weeks old! Over the years we have made many visits to local vets and the Iowa State Vet. We have spent thousands of dollars on eye surgeries, allergy tests, and medications. It has been our duty to give him the best love and care since he entered the doors of our home and we will continue to do so. This was an unexpected event that has put our finances in trouble. The surgery amounts to $5,500 which in this day and age a dollar has the value of what feels like a penny.
