Rosa Perez has been a vital part of our workplace for the past six years, greeting everyone each day with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. As our cleaning day porter, she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our environment is clean, welcoming, and comfortable for all. Recently, Rosa experienced an accident that resulted in an extended recovery period. Unfortunately, Rosa has had to apply for FMLA and will be unable to work for the next three to four months without pay. This unexpected hardship has created a significant financial burden for Rosa. Funds raised through this effort will go directly toward her living expenses, medical bills, and recovery-related costs. Rosa has always shown up for us, and now we have an opportunity to show up for her.
