Support Rosa’s Journey with Systemic Scleroderma & Lung Disease
Hello, my name is Rosa, and I am reaching out for support as I navigate life with Systemic Scleroderma, a rare autoimmune disease that has also affected my lungs (Interstitial Lung Disease - ILD).
This condition impacts my body in many ways, including my skin, circulation, and breathing. What started as subtle symptoms has grown into a lifelong health journey that requires ongoing medical care, medications, and careful lifestyle adjustments.
Despite these challenges, I have continued to stay strong, remain hopeful, and live purposefully. I am passionate about raising awareness about autoimmune diseases and sharing my journey to encourage others who may be silently struggling.
However, the cost of managing this condition is overwhelming. In addition to medications, routine check-ups, and specialized care, I now rely on oxygen support to help me breathe more comfortably. This includes the ongoing cost of oxygen supply and the urgent need to purchase an oxygen concentrator for more consistent and sustainable care at home.
