Support Rosalina’s Urgent Stroke Recovery

Donation protected
Rosalina Mary Vasquez has always been the heart of our family. At 94, she has spent her life caring for others, especially my two sisters—one with severe multiple sclerosis and the other with developmental disabilities. After my father passed away unexpectedly at 58, Rosalina became a widow at 54 and took on the responsibility of supporting herself and her daughters. Despite the hardships, she never wanted to be a burden on anyone and has been a devoted caretaker for nearly six decades.

Recently, Rosalina suffered a severe stroke and spent a week in the hospital before being transferred to Carmel Mountain rehabilitation center. Unfortunately, her condition has not improved with physical therapy, and she is now facing early release. Our family has been told that she will need full in-home care moving forward. The costs for ambulance transport, medical equipment, 24-hour supportive care, and ongoing medication are overwhelming, and we are struggling to cover these urgent needs.

Rosalina’s love and strength have shaped our family and touched everyone who knows her. She has always put others first, and now she needs our help more than ever. Any support will go directly toward ensuring she receives the care and dignity she deserves in this difficult time. Thank you for considering a donation to help us provide for Rosalina’s essential needs.
