Hi everyone, my name is Rosalie Stovell. Many of you know how passionate I am about helping children and families, and for the past few years, I've been doing that as a residential counselor at the San Diego Center for Children. Every day, I work with amazing kids who face some of the toughest challenges—and it has inspired me to take the next big step in my journey: pursuing a Master’s in School Counseling.
My dream is to become a school counselor here in California, where I can help students not only academically, but also emotionally and socially, so that every child has a chance to thrive.
The total cost of my program is about $30,000, which is a huge amount for me to carry alone. My goal here is $15,000—a portion of the cost—because every single contribution, big or small, will make this dream more possible and lighten the financial burden.
By supporting me, you’re not just helping me earn a degree—you’re investing in the hundreds of students I’ll support throughout my career.
If you feel moved to help, I’d be so grateful. Even sharing this page with others makes a difference. Thank you for being part of this journey with me and for believing in the power of education, counseling, and community.
With gratitude,
Rosalie
