I am reaching out to the community to bring awareness to my friend Rosa and her boyfriend Raul. On Halloween, Oct 31, our friends Rosa and Raul decided to have dinner near their home. They planned to walk to a restaurant. Upon crossing Dutton Blvd and Leo Drive in Santa Rosa, a young woman ran straight into them, running over Rosa’s legs and hitting Raul in the upper body.

So far, no police report has been issued, and they are not able to contact the woman or her auto insurance. Both have been unable to work and will probably be out for another 2 or more weeks. We are reaching out to the community to help them with their bills. Every penny helps, so let’s start helping them!
