Nicholas David Logan, 55, of Naples, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2026, surrounded by the love of his family.
Nick was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished family member, loyal friend, and dedicated medical helicopter pilot who spent his career helping save the lives of others. He was admired for his deep faith, courage, integrity, kindness, selflessness, positive outlook on life and unwavering devotion to his family.
Following a life-altering helicopter accident and a courageous battle with brain cancer, Nick faced life's greatest challenges with remarkable strength, courage, grace and dignity. His resilience and perseverance were a testament to his extraordinary character.
Above all, Nick's greatest joy was his family. He was a devoted husband to Rosa and a proud, loving father to Giuliana and Cal. While his career made him a hero in the skies, it was the way he lived, loved, and faced adversity that made him a true hero to those who knew him.
Nick is survived by his beloved wife, Rosa; their cherished children, Giuliana and Cal, and his loving family. The love he had for his family was immeasurable and the memories created will forever be treasured.
Nick completed his mission here on earth and has been welcomed into the loving arms of Jesus. His suffering has ended, his heavenly journey has begun, and his love will remain with us always.
Fly high, our hero. Your mission on earth is complete. Until we meet again.
