Support Roo’s recovery and future battle

I’m starting this go fund me page for my sisters(Kayla) puppy Roo, he is 4 years old and he is such a good boy. A few days ago he woke up acting very out of the ordinary. He was walking in circles and didn’t sleep the night before, he also wasn’t eating that morning or much that night. She ended up taking him to the vet after long hours of him being not so himself. Roo had so many tests done he was then sent to the ICU due to brain inflammation. After Roo was there being monitored throughout the night he wasn’t getting better but everything seemed to stay the same. This morning the vet called and explained to Kayla that ROO still wasn’t doing well and they had to do an MRI. After seeing the MRI they saw it was okay to go forward with the spinal tap and some blood work while he was still under anesthesia. Kayla is now waiting for the results of the spinal tap which won’t be back till Tuesday and the blood work which will take about two weeks. The vet also mentioned encephalitis, which is a nervous system disease that affects the brain and the spinal cord. As of now thats not for certain but it’s a possibility. Roo is on steroids and antibiotics they are still monitoring him through the night and she is waiting for a call for an update of how he is responding. Roo is scared and unsure of what is going on and he isn’t feeling well, wondering when he will be better and get to go home. Roo is such a good boy who loves walks, playing catch at the field, playing in the water and loves his toys. Roo means the world to so many, especially my sister. He’s so goofy, funny and such a sweet boy. Kayla and Roo have a very long road ahead as we aren’t sure what exactly is going to happen. Please help my sister and Roo through this hard time. I appreciate everyone who helps towards this on going to battle for the ROOSTER
