Help Support Ron’s Recovery After a Devastating Accident

On Tuesday, April 8th, our beloved Ron was involved in a serious rollover accident. He was first taken to a hospital in Stuart, FL, and then transferred to a trauma center in Fort Pierce. After extensive evaluation, he underwent major surgery to fuse his neck and upper back. His spine is now stabilized, but the damage has left him with minimal movement on the left side of his body.

Ron has a long road ahead. He’s currently in a full-body and neck brace and requires assistance just to get out of bed. His medical team is working toward transferring him to a rehabilitation center — we’re hoping for one of the best in Jacksonville — but we’re still waiting on insurance decisions, and we’re not sure what the full cost of his care will be.

We are heartbroken and overwhelmed, but deeply grateful that Ron is still with us. This journey will be physically, emotionally, and financially challenging for our family. If you’re able to help, whether through a donation or by sharing this page, it would mean more than words can express.

Update::: They are saying Ronnie to be transferred tomorrow to Jacksonville for a very intensive rehab program.  Will update more once I know.  I can not thank everyone enough for your generosity.  Long road ahead of us, but his positive attitude will get us through.  We even got a smile out of him this evening.  Thank you again.
