Hello everyone my name is Ronnie I am reluctantly asking for community help. I recently finished school and passed my real estate exam. I was hired immediately. I also moved to Los Angeles with enough money to support myself a couple months. Thinking that I’d start working immediately. But life has lifed and everything has cost double what I budgeted. My car, my surgery, two vet bills, temporary Airbnb. I have applied at over 100 jobs in 3 weeks. 102 to be exact, not being picky. I have had a few interviews but no offers. I cannot start practicing real estate until I am able to pay for my license as well as other startup fees so I actually can’t start the job at the brokerage that I did get. But now I am down to my last $50 for food and bills and I will be homeless in one week. I do not have family or friends that can help me out and I don’t have the option of moving back to my mom‘s house. I am a transgender person And that makes it a little more difficult right now. I have also been removing my tattoos on my face for the last year, so people can stop discriminating against me when I try to work, but it is still happening because they are still very much visible so if you can help me by donating to my housing that would be amazing. I don’t know of any shelters that would accept my pets and I have run out of options. I have also applied for government assistance, but I have yet to be approved. I am offering to pay everyone back as soon as I sell my first piece of property, but that could be up to six months, but I will post about it when that happens.
