Ronnie, my cousin, is facing one of the toughest battles of his life. He was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, and on February 13th, he underwent a grueling 6.5 hour surgery to remove three feet of his colon. The doctors first attempted laparoscopic surgery, but due to extensive bleeding from his liver, they had to open him up, leaving him with 29 staples in his abdomen. This experience has been incredibly difficult for Ronnie and his family, both physically and emotionally.
Right now, Ronnie is unable to work as he recovers from surgery and prepares for ongoing treatment. He is the father of four children, and the financial strain is overwhelming. The funds raised will go directly toward his medical bills, treatment costs, and essential household expenses to support his kids. Additionally, Ronnie will need help with travel expenses for frequent doctor visits and treatments, which are vital for his recovery.
We are reaching out to our community for support during this challenging time. Any contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference for Ronnie and his family. Your kindness and generosity will help ease their burden and give Ronnie the strength to focus on healing. Thank you so much for your support, prayers, and for sharing Ronnie’s story.
