Support Ronnie's Battle with Brain Cancer

On Saturday March 8, our family received devastating news… our beloved Ronnie was diagnosed with a large brain tumor.

When Ronnie was 13, he had a pineal cytoma, a brain tumor located in the middle of his brain. After two brain surgeries and a shunt, he went on to live a fulfilling life. He had a sweet daughter, Jalena, of whom he dedicated his life to.

A few months ago, Ronnie started having memory issues, which changed his life and his independence. He was forced to give up his job. As the months progressed his symptoms became severe.

Ronnie is facing a tough road ahead. His tumor has infiltrated his brain, leaving the surgeons a treacherous road to navigate as the bulk of the tumor is in a very dangerous location. Because of this, there is no way to safely remove the entire mass, which is cancerous. He will need many rounds of radiation and there is no guarantee he will be restored to his usual state of health.

Ronnie’s prognosis is guarded at this time. We ask for prayers and well wishes as the next couple of months are expected to be difficult to say the least. We are raising funds to help with his medical expenses as he embarks on this painful journey.
