Queridos amigos, familiares y desconocidos compasivos, me dirijo a ustedes con la finalidad de dar a conocer la trágica noticia por la cual mi familia está atravesando; el pasado sabado 2 de noviembre se le fué arrebatada la vida a mi hermano Ronaldo con tan solo 20 años de edad, recibiendo varios disparos en su pecho seguidamente de mi madre la cual se encuentra herida en este momento de un disparo en su rodilla izquierda, esto sucedió mientras se encontraban en México intentando cruzar la frontera de Tecate baja california en busca de un mejor futuro, Ronaldo murió en brazos de mi madre mientras esperaban las atenciones medicas requeridas las cuales hicieron presencia dos horas más tarde intensificando el dolor tan desgarrador de ver morir a su hijo en sus propios brazos.
Mi hermano era una persona noble de corazón y de gran carisma, solo iba en busca del sueño que todos tenemos un mejor futuro, un joven lleno de vida y con grandes aspiraciones, aspiraciones que fueron arrebatadas muy cruelmente en una emboscada por parte de la guardia fronteriza de Mexico. No merecía morir tan joven y menos en esta circuntancia tan devastadora que hoy enluta a mi familia entera y a todas nuestras amistades.
Murió intentando cumplir su sueño más anhelado y hoy estamos tratando de recolectar los fondos suficientes para honrar su memoria y brindarle la digna paz que se merece. Solicitamos de tu ayuda para llevar su cuerpo a colombia, queremos que descanse en el lugar donde creció rodeado de su familia y amigos.
El costo de la repatriación, los preparativos del funeral y el apoyo legal para atravesar este proceso desgarrador son abrumadores. cualquier donación grande o pequeña nos ayudará a cubrir estos gastos y garantizar que Ronaldo reciba la despedida respetuosa que se merece.

I am reaching out to you to share the tragic news that my family is currently facing. This past Saturday, November 2nd, my brother Ronaldo, only 20 years old, had his life taken from him after being shot multiple times in the chest. My mother, who was with him at the time, is now injured with a gunshot wound to her left knee. This happened while they were in Mexico, attempting to cross the border at Tecate, Baja California, in search of a better future. Ronaldo died in my mother’s arms while they awaited medical assistance, which arrived two hours later, intensifying the heartbreaking pain of watching her son die in her embrace.
My brother was a kind-hearted and charismatic person, pursuing the dream we all share of a better future. He was a young man full of life and great aspirations, which were cruelly taken away in an ambush by the Mexican border guards. He did not deserve to die so young, and certainly not in such a devastating situation that now brings grief to our entire family and all of our friends.
He died trying to achieve his most cherished dream, and we are now trying to gather sufficient funds to honor his memory and give him the peaceful rest he deserves. We are asking for your help to bring his body back to Colombia so that he can rest in the place where he grew up, surrounded by his family and friends.
The cost of repatriation, funeral preparations, and legal support to navigate this heartbreaking process is overwhelming. Any donation, large or small, will help us cover these expenses and ensure that Ronaldo receives the respectful farewell he deserves.
