Support Ron Wahlstrom's Road to Recovery

‼️About a month ago, my dad Ron Wahlstrom was found unconscious & unresponsive in a pool in 110 degree weather. His brain was without oxygen for almost 6 minutes. CPR was performed so vigorously they cracked 5 of his ribs & was rushed to emergency in Fairfield,CA
His lung fully collapsed, an air pocket formed in his chest pressing against his lung he developed pneumonia & ammonia. He has stage 4 cancer, asthma, he's overweight. Unfortunately All of these things have delayed his healing process. He has conquered quite a bit but now he's having a hard time learning how to walk again & he cannot be left alone & needs 24/7 care
As most of you know, he is healing & progressing every day!! But, his medical coverage is just about maxed out. He's been at the ER in Fairfield, moved to ICU, then to Kaisers ICU in Vacaville & now he's in a rehabilitation center in Napa, but his coverage/Kaiser won't allow him to do physical therapy more than once a day which is probably for a reason but we all know papa Ron is a strong stubborn sob & can take on more than the average human! So he's gonna get through this, now it's truly just a financial battle & a game of patience
they're already trying to discharge him from the rehabilitation center, I'm fighting them daily to extend his time there but it's all about money & coverage with these situations. We were able to buy him a few extra days into mid next week but the in care facilities he will need to go to are EXTREMELY expensive. $6500 a month & he will need to stay for 2 months more than likely, hopefully less but depends how far he advances in the time he spends there
he doesn't even want me making this, but I'm the one who has to figure out how to help pay for this so I'll get yelled at later I NEED HELP! I wasn't able to work much this month bc I was at the hospital every day & commuting 3-4 a day to visit him. I'm running on empty here & could use some help
I didn't want to make this because I hate asking for help, as does my father. He especially doesn't like acknowledging he's in a position to even need help, but he does!! I know many of you love him, love me, & would want to contribute to making this situation lighter on us all so here we are!
if you can't donate, I fully understand & simply ask you pray for a speedy recovery for my father
