Hey everyone- I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother-in-law, Ron, and my sister, Mindy (Natalie & Annabelle)

After being in the hospital for over a week, thinking they were preparing for heart surgery, Ron suddenly required emergency brain surgery. This was unexpected, frightening, and has left their family facing an overwhelming road ahead. Even though neither Ron nor Mindy would ever want to burden anyone, now is the time we can come together in prayer, love, and support. Your prayers for Ron’s complete healing mean the world, and if you feel led, we also ask you to consider helping lighten their load financially.

The hospital is an hour and a half away each way, and between the three of them, there are almost daily trips being made. The cost of gas alone has added up quickly. On top of that, long hospital days mean that grabbing convenient food has been a necessity, and that has become expensive as well.

Mindy is deeply grateful to those who have already checked on their animals, visited Ron, sent cards, brought meals, and lifted them up in prayer. This fundraiser is one more way we can help—by easing the financial strain. Funds raised will go directly toward gas cards, groceries, and restaurant gift cards to help cover the extra travel and food costs. If we are blessed to raise more than their immediate needs, additional funds will be directed toward medical-related expenses.

We know this is a difficult time for so many, but every little bit of help—whether through prayer, a kind note, or a donation—means so much.
