Hey everyone,

My name is Rachel. As many of you know, Jamaica was recently hit by a devastating hurricane that caused severe damage across the island. Many families have lost their homes or suffered serious property damage.

My husband Romey’s family is still living in Jamaica and specifically his grandmother was among those affected — the kitchen section of her home was destroyed, roof missing, and her porch roof was badly damaged. Unlike in America most homeowners don’t have home insurance to rebuild as that is a luxury and so the burden of rebuilding is on the person affected. We would love to help her rebuild and also contribute to providing essential supplies such as clean bottled water, food, and hygiene items to others in his community that are in need.

Our goal is to raise money as we know without help it’s hard for families to rebuild! Any contribution you can make will be deeply appreciated and put toward a meaningful cause.
