Thankfully, the injury was not life-threatening, but the bullet shattered his jaw, and he now faces a long recovery that includes reconstructive surgery. While Roman is able to move and talk, he must wait for the swelling to go down before he can be seen by a plastic surgeon, and the healing process will take time.
