Support Romano Cane Corsos Rescue Mission

Hello, as many of you know us, have followed us, been apart of our journey since we started & know what we stand for along the immense amount of love, passion, respect & most of all loyalty we have For this breed. For the ones that don’t know us or have heard of us we are Romano Cane Corsos. We help rescue & rehabilitate corsos in need. We are a state licensed,certified kennel/rescue who’s dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating Cane Corsos in need. With a deep love and understanding of this breed for more than 14 years, we try to work as safe & efficient as possible to provide a safe haven for these incredible dogs until they are either claimed by their rightful owners, or we do all the proper work & tests needed so we can rehabilitate them to find their new suitable forever loving homes. Our goal is to ensure the well-being and happiness of every Cane Corso that comes into our care whether that is temporary or permanent. We strive to create a nurturing environment where these loyal and intelligent dogs can heal, physically, mentally & emotionally.

However, with the circumstances of the shelters being at max capacity, they are more & more cane corsos being abandon, lost and/or surrendered.. with the help of the kind hearted people from our area to locate them. Along with helping Luzerne and Lackawanna County animal control and dog wardens locate, catch, and rehabilitate. being that we have taken in 3 already within the past few months and being tagged in so many posts about these lost, or abandoned ones in our areas and even out of our state that we are trying to take in We are realizing we cannot achieve this alone as everything we do & acquire for the rescues needs comes solely from us. We do not want to stop rescuing these amazing dogs, we would rather be able to add on to help as many as possible as we have the room with 1/2 acre of fenced in yard just not enough personnel funds to do so we are now looking on the generosity of kind-hearted individuals/ animal lovers like you to help us provide for the needs of our rescues. Donations are going to be a huge staple in letting us secure kennels, crates, dog houses, inside dog beds & outside bedding (chips) , nutritious food, engaging toys, leashes/collars , cover necessary veterinary bills and so much more that comes with taking in & rehabilitating cane corsos. Also donations are also accepted in many ways, through our GoFundMe, by personal drop off for items needed/listed above (does not need to be new just safe, clean & disinfected , & even once we get so many rescues, you can donate your time to help socialize them by taking them on walks, coming & playing with them, so on & so forth.

As this is our first gofundme for this, We are not sure of set donation amounts, but as donations come in, we will be posting all of the things that are purchased/ built/ acquired/ and will be in the rescue fund account for throughout the year and for when new rescues to come in.
