Our dear friend Roger is currently awaiting a liver transplant, a life-saving procedure that offers hope for a healthier future. This transplant is only possible because of a selfless donor who has stepped forward to give a part of their liver.

While the donor is giving an extraordinary gift, they will also face a significant burden: time away from work during surgery, recovery, and healing. Unfortunately, this time off is unpaid, and the financial strain can be overwhelming.
