12/6/2019 ******UPDATE******
Packy completed 6 weeks of chemo and radiation. He is back home and doing well, despite the circumstances.
He will have updated scans in the coming week to find out how he responded to the treatment, and what the next steps will be.
Financially this is taking a huge tole, as he is unable to work, and still has two boys to provide for.
Please keep him and his family in your prayers. This process is not easy, but we know our GOD is BIG, and we remain faithful with him.

Roger “Packy” Fulton is a beloved lifetime member of the Franklin, TX community.
He is a father, son, longtime friend to many, and a faithful fighter in his current battle with brain cancer.
Packy was diagnosed with Glioblastoma Multiforme in August 2019.
Beginning October 7th, 2019 he will begin 6 weeks of chemo treatment and radiation at MD Anderson in Houston.
We know that the community of Franklin always comes together for their own. He has a long battle ahead of him, but we all have the opportunity to show him and his children how much we care and support him. As a former employee of Cessac Worksite Services, Inc., we feel led to support one of our own as well.
This fundraiser is being organized to help with medical costs, trips for treatment, and general financial support for him and his children.
More than anything, Packy could use every single prayer he can get. He is remaining faithful and steadfast, and we stand with him.
I PRESS ON……because Christ Jesus has made me his own. – Philippians 3:12
A message from Packy -
“Hi, my name is Roger Fulton, I have lived in Franklin, Texas all my life. I have two boys, RJ (11) and Braylon (14) whom I take care of by myself. After having headaches and not feeling quit right for weeks I decided to go to the emergency room. Little did I know that day August 11, 2019 would totally change mine and my boys life. After many tests and an MRI the doctors told me I had a tumor on my brain and that I needed surgery to remove it. On August 16, 2019 I had the surgery to remove the tumor that was the size of a walnut. The surgery went good, but soon after the complications started. I had several seizures caused by the surgery and one in which almost took my life. I was in and out of the hospital for a couple weeks trying to regain my strength, control seizures, and get my mobility back on my left side (which was caused by the tumor and surgery). During that time I received devastating news. The tumor was cancerous (Glioblastoma Multiforme). It is the most common and deadliest of brain tumors and there is no cure. I have decided to fight this cancer for my family and my boys. With many visits and phone calls I have chosen MD Anderson as my treatment center to help me fight the deadly cancer. I was very lucky for them to accept me. On October 7, 2019 I start my radiation and chemo treatments. They will be 5 days a week for 6 weeks. I have to travel to Houston every Monday and stay all week and come home on Friday. Even though I still have my health insurance this has been a big financial burden on me and my boys. I haven’t worked since August 7, 2019 and don’t know if or when I will be able to return to working again. I know with God, friends, and family beside me I will conquer. And my boys and I appreciate any support we receive.”
