Hi everyone, I’m Rodriquez Lightfoot and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart. I’ve been diagnosed with stage 4 colon and rectal cancer, and I had surgery to place an ileostomy bag. In addition, I recently had a procedure to have a stent placed in my kidney, running down to my bladder, to help drain it. My cancer grew and now it’s wrapped around both of my kidney ureters, not allowing me to pee normally, so they had to do an emergency surgery to put nephrostomy bags for the left and right kidney to allow my urine to drain. I’ve been in and out of the hospital, spending weeks at a time, and honestly, this has left me feeling really tired and overwhelmed.

Right now, I’m unable to work, and the medical bills are piling up, and personal bills are piling up. I’m trying to raise up some funds while I wait until financial assistance kicks in.
