Help Rodrigo Fight for His Life and Care for His Mother

Dear Friends, Family, and Community,

We are reaching out with heavy hearts to ask for your support for someone who has always been there for others — Rodrigo.

Rodrigo has recently been diagnosed with severe cirrhosis of the liver and esophageal varices, both of which are life-threatening and require ongoing medical care, Rodrigo is currently is in the ICU fighting for his life since Tuesday July 29th at the Jackson Memorial Hospital. Unfortunately he did not being conscious since.

This sudden and serious health crisis has not only impacted Rodrigo’s ability to work but has placed a tremendous financial and emotional strain on his life.

Rodrigo is the sole caregiver for his 80-year-old mother sweet Margherita, who depends on him daily for support, companionship, and care.

His strength, love, and resilience in the face of adversity are truly remarkable and he need our support.

If you know Rodrigo, you know how deeply he cares for others. He is an incredibly kind, humble, and hardworking man who gives back to the community whenever he can. Whether helping a neighbor, supporting local events, or simply showing up for friends in need, Rodrigo’s heart is always in the right place.

Thank everyone for the incredible love and support :

It is with the heaviest of hearts that we share the news that Rodrigo passed away on Wednesday morning. After fighting bravely for two weeks, his body could no longer endure, and his loved ones were faced with the incredibly difficult decision to let him go peacefully.

We are heartbroken, but we take comfort in knowing he is now at rest. The family is deeply grateful for the outpouring of love, prayers, and support during this unimaginable time. Your kindness has been a light in our darkest moments.
