Support Rod Hall’s Road to Recovery
Our family never imagined we would find ourselves asking for help like this, but today we are humbly asking for your support for our beloved son, Rod Hall.
Rod is 33 years old, a proud graduate of Laney High School and Clemson University, and a dedicated employee with the City of Augusta. More than anything, Rod is known for his servant’s heart and his unwavering commitment to the young people in our community.
For years, Rod has volunteered his time as a youth football coach for the Trinity Elite Titans in Augusta and as a youth basketball coach for his AAU team, the Tigers. He has spent countless hours mentoring, encouraging, and training young athletes—not because he had to, but because helping children grow into confident, successful young men and women has always been his passion. His impact reaches far beyond the field and the basketball court.
On Sunday, June 28, 2026, while participating in an alumni basketball game at his alma mater, Rod suffered a sudden medical emergency and was rushed to the hospital. In a matter of moments, life changed for him and for our entire family.
Rod has since been diagnosed with a serious neurological condition that has left him unable to work and facing a long and uncertain road of medical treatment, rehabilitation, and recovery. While we remain hopeful and faithful, we know this journey will require tremendous strength, patience, and support.
As his family, our greatest concern is helping Rod focus on healing instead of worrying about how his bills will be paid. We are asking for your help to cover medical expenses, transportation to and from doctor and specialist appointments, travel costs, and essential household expenses while he is unable to earn an income.
Rod has always been someone others could depend on. Whether serving our community through his work with the City of Augusta, coaching and mentoring young athletes, or simply showing up for friends and family, he has dedicated his life to helping others. Now, we are asking our family, friends, coworkers, former classmates, teammates, former players, parents, and our entire community to help us show up for him.
Every donation, no matter the amount, will make a meaningful difference. If you are unable to give financially, we completely understand and simply ask that you keep Rod in your prayers and share this fundraiser with others. Your love, encouragement, and generosity will help carry our family through one of the most difficult seasons of our lives.
We believe God is still in the business of miracles, and we trust Him to guide Rod through every challenge that lies ahead. Thank you for standing with our family, praying with us, and helping ease the burden so Rod can devote his energy to healing.
“Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” — Isaiah 41:10
With love and gratitude,
The Hall Family
