I am Gramma to Rod Meyers. Rod and Maggie have been high school sweethearts since grade school. They both attended Michigan Tech.

This past week, Maggie has just been diagnosed with cancer, mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Maggie is facing surgery next Tuesday. She has a very long road ahead of her. They are at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Rod has taken time off work to be with Maggie. As you can imagine, the medical bills will be astronomical.

Plus, not having an income while Rod is off work. Any help and prayers are much needed at this time.

UPDATE

Maggie will be having surgery on Tuesday, August 12th. They live in Houghton, Maggie will be in hospital for an unknown amount of time. Maggie and Rod will know tomorrow. Please send prayers for her Recovery. It is going to be a long one.

As you can imagine, the cost of commute between Houghton, Michigan, and Rochester Minnesota, will be massive. All funds will be sent directly to Maggie and Rod.
