Hi, there :) I'm Sophia aka Rocky. I'm an artist and enjoyer of fun activities. One such activity being roller skating, which I've loved ever since I was a kid. Unfortunately for me my roller skating fun has been put on hold for while.

A week before Christmas, I went to a skatepark to teach my friend how to skate and ended up leaving with a broken ankle. Ironic, I know. The timing couldn't have been any better really, am I right? Lol

Due to the nature of my injury, a spiral fracture in my fibula and a displaced tibia, I now need surgery on it immediately. Without insurance, my out of pocket cost will be $10-13k on top of what I've already had to pay out of pocket just to get looked at and told to go elsewhere. At this time, I am unable to pay the amount required for the surgery. As I'm uninsured, currently not working and won't be able to for quite some time while I'm recovering, I'm hoping to see if I can somehow manage to come up with the money and so here I am.

I know there are many others struggling with much worse than what I'm going through, but I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you so much for taking the time out of your day to read this if you have. I'd be very grateful for any shares or contributions. <3
