Support Rocky's Medical Journey with Linette

Hi my name is Linette and I never expected to be on here doing this. My daughter and I adopted Rocky our kitten at 8 weeks old from a shelter. In January of 2024 he had his first surgery for ingesting a foreign object. About a month later Rocky went in for a second surgery. He’s about to have his third surgery as I am writing this post. Rocky is the sweetest little boy and we love him so much! Unfortunately he has some sort of eating issue that has him ingesting all kinds of things he is not supposed to (toys, shoelaces, qtips just to name a few). We have incurred an insane amount of medical expenses and insurance ceased coverage of any medical reason relating to “ingestion of a foreign object”. We removed all toys and even bought a dog crate to keep him safe when we couldn’t watch him. He has been on Prozac which didn’t really help much so we took him off of it. I am a single mom and am struggling to handle all of his medical expenses. People have suggested I put Rocky down and this is something I could never imagine doing! My daughter and I would greatly appreciate any donations towards Rocky’s care.
