This handsome black lab is fighting for his life and needs our help! Though the situation with the attackers will be remedied, this pup needs immediate attention.

Waking up to loud barking at 2am, the pack was tearing into who we now know as Rocky.

I pulled the black dog to safety and he is now at a veterinary hospital receiving life saving care.

He has several deep wounds and large cut on the tongue.

X-rays don't show any broken bones or damage to his throat, we are very hopeful he comes through.

We've received $140 in cash donations this morning. The bill so far is at $725 for the emergency care. Amount requested is what the vet says this may go up to given the circumstances.

Any help with getting this guy back into shape will be greatly appreciated.
