Christopher “Rocky” is a devoted single dad to two teenagers and the primary caretaker for his mother, who is battling cancer. For years, he has been the rock of his family, working tirelessly to provide for his loved ones and support them through every challenge. As his best friend for over a decade, I’ve seen firsthand how much he gives of himself, always putting his family first and never asking for help, no matter how tough things got.

In April, Rocky suffered a devastating stroke. He was found outside, struggling to breathe, after falling and hitting his head. The stroke left him nonverbal and with very limited mobility, and he’s been hospitalized ever since. This comes after a previous heart attack that already set him back physically, mentally, and financially. Now, his two kids and his mother have lost their only source of income, and there’s no clear timeline for his recovery. His mother, despite her own health battles, is now caring for him.

We are raising funds to help cover urgent medical expenses, ongoing therapy and recovery costs, transportation, and basic family support for Rocky, his kids, and his mother.
