My name is Racquel Sims; also known as Rockie. My twin sister and I have suffered from kidney failure and regularly have had dialysis since 2012. Sadly, my sister Rachelle passed away before a donor could be found. I was recently informed that I'm next in line for a kidney donation/transplant.
