Support Rocio's Long Road to Recovery

My name is Miguel, Rocio's husband. My beloved wife, 6 days ago, suffered a terrible accident causing her to break her neck and had to go through an excruciating 12 and a half hour critical surgery. As a result of the accident, my wife is still in ICU and will be hospitalized for a long period. Also, the love of my life is looking at a long and painful recovery. This horrible accident is very devastating. My wife and I have no family members in this country to help, therefore I cannot work as I am right next to her at the hospital. Doctors say it will take months before she is sent home, where she will continue to need full-time care until, with God's mercy, she will be able to take care of herself.
