On October 21, 2023, our lives were changed for the better when we had the opportunity to have an amazing 7 month old Rottweiler come into our lives! We are Brian and Krista Cristofoletti and along with our son Johnny, we now have a three year old Rottweiler named Rocco! He is the sweetest and most loving dog that has brought so much joy into our lives! Unfortunately, he has recently torn his ACL on his left leg and the vet said he needs surgery that can cost as much as $12,000! We do not have the money to pay for that right now but we want to help our injured pup because he is a huge part of our family! I have always wanted a Rottweiler of my own since I used to take care of two of them for a previous boss of mine! The breed made such an impact on me and I instantly feel in love with them. My wife, Krista, wanted to bring a dog into the home for our son Johnny as she had a dog growing up and knew the benefits of growing up with man’s best friend! Johnny is six years old now and Rocco is truly his best friend! He has no other siblings but he calls Rocco his brother! They love to play together outside throwing the tennis ball or cuddling on the couch watching Marvel movies! Johnny is sad watching his best bud limp around the house due to his injury and wants to be able to run and play with him again! Everyday Johnny comes home from school and runs to greet Rocco before anyone else! He loves telling Rocco about his day at school and Rocco always listens! We are committed to helping our Rocco boy as we have put in the work getting him trained and making sure to take care of him with a proper diet and exercise! We want him to live as long as possible so he can continue to bring us the happiness he has brought into our lives from the day we brought him home! There is not a day that goes by that I am not thankful for the love he gives us like when I come home from a long day at work and he is waiting at the front door wagging his little nub (tail) to give me dog kisses lol and I can give him the belly rubs he loves! We love him so much! We are not the people who usually ask for help but this news shocked us and we cannot financially afford to get him the help he needs! Please help our Rocco!
