Support for Dawn Balestra’s Memorial & Final Expenses

Dear friends and family,

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Dawn M. Balestra, who left us peacefully at home on January 30, 2025. Dawn was a loving mother, wife, and friend who brought warmth, laughter, and kindness into the lives of everyone she met. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a gift for making people smile, always finding joy in simple moments—whether it was watching TV, going for walks, or sharing stories with her loved ones.

This loss has been especially difficult for her beloved son, Rocco Balestra, and her husband, Russell Balestra, as they navigate this heartbreaking time. As they grieve Dawn’s passing, they are also facing the financial burden of arranging her memorial service and final expenses.

We are seeking support from friends, family, and the community to help honor Dawn’s memory and give her the farewell she deserves. Any contribution, will go directly toward covering these costs and easing the burden on her family.

The memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 15, at 10:00 AM at Christ Church Episcopal (431 Union St, Hudson, NY 12534).
