My name is Ashika, and I’m reaching out on behalf of our dear friend Robyn Hinds, who is currently facing an incredibly difficult journey.

Robyn is a devoted wife and the loving mother of two beautiful daughters. She has recently been diagnosed with aggressive Stage 3 colorectal cancer. As if that weren’t challenging enough, she is also battling a serious rare autoimmune disease, systemic sclerosis which has caused her to be in constant, debilitating pain and severely limited her mobility.

Those who know Robyn personally can attest to the kind, caring, and generous person she is. She was always the first to volunteer for school events and has graciously helped many in need without hesitation. Her strength and compassion have touched countless lives.

Robyn has already undergone preliminary surgery and is currently waiting for further decisions on her options for treatment. She is anticipating chemotherapy, radiation and further surgery. No matter what lies ahead, the road will be long and demanding.

Her loving husband, Marvin Hinds is the sole provider for their household, and their two wonderful daughters have stepped up in every way they can. Still, the emotional and financial toll is immense.
