Rob is more than just a familiar face at the gym and 3 time CrossFit Games competitor (2023, 2024, 2025)—he's a friend, a motivator, and someone who brings positivity to everyone around him. Recently, Rob received the difficult news that he has cancer. He now faces a tough road ahead, including surgery to remove a tumor at the end of April, followed by both radiation and chemotherapy. This diagnosis has turned his world upside down, but his determination and spirit remain strong.

In addition to the physical and emotional challenges, Rob will need to take significant time off work during his treatment and recovery.
