Robert Ivey Ballet, a cherished institution in Charleston since 1978, is preparing to enchant audiences with its upcoming production of Cinderella on May 10, 2025. This timeless tale of grace, perseverance, and the transformative power of dreams will be brought to life through exquisite choreography, stunning costumes, and captivating music. ​

Our dedicated dancers, ranging from young students to seasoned professionals, have been tirelessly rehearsing to deliver a performance that will delight audiences of all ages. All 3 acts of this ballet are also complete original choreography from our Co-Director, Olga Wise.

However, bringing such a magical production to the stage involves significant costs, including costumes, set design, theater rental, stage lighting, a new marley floor, and more.​

We are thrilled to share that Robert Ivey Ballet has been approved for nonprofit status, and we are currently awaiting the official determination letter in the mail.
