Hi, my name is Robert, and I never imagined I’d be in a position where I’d have to ask for help, but I’m truly at a breaking point.

About four months ago, I lost my job. Since then, everything has slowly unraveled. Without steady income, I wasn’t able to keep my family afloat, and my wife and kids had to move out. Losing them has been incredibly painful and has taken a huge emotional toll on me.

As if that wasn’t enough, I’ve experienced a series of heartbreaking losses. My dog was hit by a car and passed away, and on New Year’s Eve, I lost my cat as well. These were my companions during an already lonely and difficult time.

Just before Christmas, my situation got even worse when my car was impounded due to a lapse in insurance that I couldn’t afford to pay. Because of this, my license and registration are now suspended, and I’m required to wait several months before I can legally register the car again. Even if I’m able to find work, I currently have no reliable way to get there.

Right now, I’m facing the very real fear of losing my home. I’m struggling to afford food, basic necessities, and the fees needed to get my car out of impound. I feel lost, stuck, and overwhelmed, but I’m still trying to push forward and rebuild.
