Hello everyone. I am Robert of the Grindstream. I am asking for help as my ex-friend and I were in a legal dispute after I lent money to one of their friends with a promise to be paid back. The date that I was supposed to be paid was this past Sunday. The friend has gone radio silent, and I have no other means of contacting them, and thus I highly doubt I'll be hearing from them.

If anyone can help at least raise what I was supposed to be paid for the lawsuit, I would appreciate any bit of help. The total we won was 9500 USD. I was asking him for 4000 USD as I not only compiled the contract for said friend to pay us back in a window of time but also because I screenshot everything and had the cloud backups for the screenshots due to not trusting people with money. Not to mention, I was the one who lent the money in the promise of being paid back.

If anyone can help or even spread this around to help me deal with recouping any of the money I lent out, I would appreciate any help.
