Support Robert Grijalva's Road to Recovery!

As most of you are aware, on Saturday, November 9, our beloved brother, son, friend and local Tucson musician Robert Grijalva suffered a stroke. While he has successfully undergone surgery, Robert is still in the hospital and faces a long and uncertain road to recovery. At this early stage, it’s unclear exactly what his journey will look like, but we know that it will require extensive care and rehabilitation.

My name is Reyna Molina, and I’m reaching out on behalf of Robert’s family. I am working closely with Patsy, Mari, Daniel, and his mother Margaret during this incredibly difficult time.

Unfortunately, Robert does not have medical benefits or paid time off, which means that in addition to the medical bills, he has no income to cover his daily living expenses. As a member of the Tucson music community and a longtime member of The Festival Band, Robert has spent years giving back to others through his performances and participation in various benefit events. Now it’s our turn to support him during this incredibly uncertain and challenging time.

We are asking for your help to ease the financial burden he will face as he focuses on his recovery. Any contribution - large or small - will make a significant difference in ensuring he has the resources he needs for both medical care and living expenses as he heals. Your generosity will help get him back on his feet so he can continue doing what he loves: making music and giving back to the community that means so much to him.
