PLEASE HELP! Robert and Effie's Medical Journey

Hello! Our names are Robert and Effie Carey. We are asking for your support during this difficult journey of our lives.

About this fundraiser. We're rallying together to support my husband's courageous battle with Pancreatic Cancer, a testament to his unyielding spirit. Although he has been able to work upto this point, he has now been put-on short-term disability until at least September following Whipple Surgery sometime in late summer. Unfortunately, the medical diagnosis has caused Major Financial Dfficulties as his pay has been reduced by 40% until he is able to return to work following a successful surgery and recovery. We are really Struggling Financially to pay his medical bills, make rent, buy groceries, and meet other necessities. It is difficult to see Robert not feeling well on a daily basis. We have been together for 32 years now, and he has always been upbeat, humorous, independent, loving, and always working. To see him not feeling well is very emotional and truthfully overwhelming at times. He suffers daily from severe fatigue, low energy, dehydration and low appetite, and drastic weight loss. As I, Effie, navigate my own recovery from a severe car accident, and other medical conditions, We are Asking for Your Help during this Difficult Journey.
